Our team oversees the day-to-day management of verifying employment for current or former employees of The JAVÃûÅ®ÓÅ¹Ý of Texas at El Paso. If the individual is/was an employee of another , please contact that institution directly.

Current and/or Former JAVÃûÅ®ÓÅ¹Ý Employees Verification of Employment requests:

Please send all requests to employmentverification@utep.edu to begin the verification process.

For Public Service Forgiveness Loan forms, please send your document as a password encrypted PDF using your date of birth, MMDDYY, as the password to ensure sensitive information is protected.

Lenders, Leasing Companies and Other General Employment requests:

Please contact  for verification of employment requests (EC: 13941). We are unable to accommodate verbal requests for employment verification. If you are unable to pull the information needed for the request, please contact employmentverification@utep.edu.  

State Agencies and Institutions of Higher Education:

Please send prior state service verification requests to employmentverification@utep.edu.
